v3.5 looking clean

TON support is huge
not many clippers handle TON addresses properly. the bounce back issue

old technique but still works. persists through reboots better than registry

scheduler + COM = nice redundancy
if one fails the other catches. smart

delete source file is standard
but add byte feature interests me. dynamic padding for evasion?
